Return Policy
At Shopwithsent, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Perishable items, personal care products, and opened beverages (including C&C Cola) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), Shopwithsent, will cover the return shipping cost.
Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
